Artwork information

We take great care to present artworks accurately, including images, dimensions, media and descriptions. However, colours and appearance may vary depending on screen settings, lighting and device display. All dimensions and details are provided in good faith. If you would like further information, condition details or additional images before purchase, please contact us.

Availability

All artworks are offered subject to availability. Because artworks may also be available through exhibitions, fairs, private viewings or direct gallery sales, an item may become unavailable before the website is updated. If an artwork becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund any payment received for that item.

Prices

All prices shown on the website are listed in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price payable for an artwork will be the price shown at the time your order is placed, subject to correction of any obvious error.

Orders

Placing an order through the website constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted until we have confirmed availability and processed the order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where necessary, including where an artwork is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, payment cannot be processed, or there is reason to believe an order is not genuine.

Payment

Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed via third-party providers. We do not store full payment card details on our website.

Shipping and delivery

We take great care in packaging and dispatching artworks. For most online purchases, we apply a flat-rate shipping fee of £160. For particularly large, fragile or high-value works, or for certain international destinations, shipping may require specialist handling. In such cases, we will contact you directly to discuss the most suitable arrangement and provide a separate shipping quotation. Risk and title

Ownership of the artwork passes to you once full payment has been received and the item has been delivered, unless otherwise agreed. Risk in the artwork passes to you upon delivery, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Returns and cancellations

If you purchase online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the artwork, subject to applicable law and our returns conditions. Returned artworks must be sent back in their original condition and packaging. In-person purchases from a gallery site or art fair are sold as seen and are not covered by the same online cancellation rights. For full details, please see our Returns Policy.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your artwork arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs where relevant. Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights under applicable consumer protection law.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, design, layout and branding, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished or used commercially without prior written permission.

Artist rights

The purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights unless expressly agreed in writing. Copyright remains with the artist or rights holder.
