Your right to return
If you purchase artwork online through our website, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- the artwork is returned in its original condition;
- all original packaging is included and in good condition;
- the work is securely repacked for transit;
- the return is arranged in accordance with the process below.
Return shipping
The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
When returning an artwork, you are responsible for ensuring that it is packaged securely and reaches the return address safely. We strongly recommend using a tracked and signed-for delivery service, and keeping proof of postage until the return has been received and confirmed.
Condition of returned works
We can only accept returned works that arrive back in their original condition. Returns will not be accepted if the artwork has been damaged after delivery, mishandled, or returned without appropriate packaging.
If a returned work arrives damaged due to inadequate packaging or handling in transit, it may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

How to request a return
To request a return, please email us at art@janetradyfineart.com as soon as possible, and in any event within 14 days of receiving the artwork.
We will send you a returns form together with the relevant return instructions and return address. Please include the returns form, or a printed copy of the email confirmation, inside the package when returning the work.
How to cancel an order
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at art@janetradyfineart.com as soon as possible.
If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will do our best to cancel it immediately. If the order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow the standard returns process described on this page.
Refunds
Once the artwork has been received and checked, we will process your refund to the original payment method for the purchase price of the returned item.
Please allow a reasonable number of working days for the refund to appear, depending on your card issuer or payment provider.
