The contours of her methods were drawn early on, a unique approach was adopted in her paintings characterized by cultural reflections and joined by canvas transformations. In 2014, her personal art monologue, Intersections, was published, the same year Alyazia was presented with the International Emerging Artist Honorary Award for her work entitled “Carrom Station”, a piece selected as part of the Zayed National Museum collection.

Continuously participating in art exhibitions and events, like the “European Art 2014” exhibition in Budapest, Hungary; the Abu Dhabi Festival "Portrait of a Nation 2016” exhibition and The group exhibition at Jane Lombard Gallery in New York. Other participations include, a solo exhibition entitled Feliz Viaje in Madrid and Portrait of a Nation exhibition in Berlin, Germany. Her first solo art exhibition was in 2011 entitled “Dialogue” at the ARTSPACE Gallery in Dubai.

A film maker as well, Alyazia along with her sisters Sheikha Osha and Sheikha Shamsa, founded in 2007 the first Emirati documentary film making company, Anasy Media, independently producing various award winning documentaries. On subjects ranging from history to culture and present day issues.

Most prominent of which is the first film to document the 150,000 year old history of the UAE, the first 3D film in the region and “The Tainted Veil” an official qualifier to the 2016 Oscar long list, representing the UAE.
